I made a special request to have a photo sent to me of the flowers. Unfortunately, I did NOT receive one. (It's so easy to send a photo. This should be pro forma these days.) And the email confirmation of delivery arrived a day AFTER the delivery. This truly surprised me. * One doesn't wish to ask for a photo from the recipient for a sympathy bouquet or to ask if the flowers arrived. I am sure the flowers must have been pretty but the lack of care from the florist was disappointing.
